FIR Registered in Another State: Can You Get Transit Bail?

The law recognises a limited form of protection known as transit anticipatory bail. In appropriate cases, a person who apprehends arrest in another State can approach a competent Sessions Court or High Court in the State where they reside or are legitimately present and request temporary protection.
