Legal Heirs Cannot Continue a Lawsuit Filed by a Trustee in Representative Capacity: Punjab & Haryana High Court

The Punjab & Haryana High Court has clarified that when a lawsuit is filed by a trustee in a representative capacity on behalf of a trust, the trustee's legal heirs cannot automatically continue the litigation after the trustee's death.
