Landlord Must Disclose All Alternative Properties in Eviction Cases: Failure May Give the Tenant a Right to Contest

The Delhi High Court has held that where a landlord seeking eviction on the ground of bona fide requirement fails to disclose alternative suitable properties or gives contradictory statements regarding them, the tenant may be entitled to leave to defend as triable issues arise.
